Q2: How does your factory perform in terms of quality control?
A2: All LED chips used in our LED displays are genuine products. We never use scattered light-emitting diodes (LEDs) or tail-emitting diodes. We adopt silver-containing solder paste, pure copper power cords, and short cables — providing high-quality screens is our commitment to every customer.

Q3: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A3: We accept orders of any quantity. For large-volume orders, the price is negotiable.

Q4: What are the main application scenarios of transparent LED screens?
A4: Transparent LED screens are mainly used in places where transparency is required, such as glass curtain walls, glass windows,glass handrails, retail windows and brand displays, shopping malls and plazas, glass curtain walls and urban lighting, thematic exhibitions and digital art, and large-scale performances and virtual productions.

Q5: What is your warranty period?
A5: The warranty period is 2 years, calculated from the date when the goods are delivered to the customer. Don’t worry — if there is a problem with the modules, you can send them back to Shenzhen for repair.

Q6: When can you ship the goods?
A6: Depending on the size and quantity of your order, we can deliver the goods within 3-5 working days or 10-15 working days.
